Myth: Employers only hire the best qualified candidates. Therefore inexperienced graduates do not stand a chance in a competitive market.

Reality: Qualifications and experience are important but for entry-level positions, qualifications usually are limited to your education. Personal traits such as confidence, good manners, enthusiasm, honesty….these can only be measured in an interview. You represent “potential” to the employer. Because you do not have any practical experience is a fact so you must win them over with your potential.
