Reality: When responding to a “corporate” posted position, the odds of getting an interview are, at best, 1 in 10. Buy the time you see a posted position and respond to it, how many other people do you think have do the same thing?….Right! Your best strategy is to look for the hidden job market (jobs that are not posted) by doing your research and networking effectively.
